Terms & Conditions

We require an ADULT SIGNATURE (21 years or older) for UPS to drop off a package that contains alcohol.  All orders placed before 12pm Wednesday will be delivered Friday between 8am and 5pm. 

Please be aware that UPS only delivers Monday through Friday and will not leave deliveries without an ADULT SIGNATURE. UPS will attempt to deliver again the following business day (MONDAY)
For your privacy and safety, we have taken every precaution to assure that your on-line purchase is 100% secure (using PayPal's credit card processing) and 100% guaranteed. In addition, all credit card information is encrypted and kept private with PayPal. We do not sell, share or trade your information with any companies outside of Brook Hollow Winery.
Shipping Information:
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Please be aware that delays due to weather are beyond anyone’s control and we will not be responsible for refunds on shipping due in such cases.
Returns Policy:
All purchases are FINAL. We will not accept returns.

The customer is charged for all items at the time of their order. If, after the order is placed, it is revealed that a part of your order is on back-order, you have the option of cancelling your order at any time, as long as your order has not shipped.
